My husband and I were rushing to catch our flight and after going through TSA missed picking up our carryon and getting it back on the wheelchair. I did not realize this until we got to the gate. So we made the decision to leave the luggage and make our flight.

I called lost and found and my luggage was found and I had it back in four days! It was an easy process, Mike, from lost and found, reached out to us to explain the process, and then we were informed when our luggage was at lost and found ready to be picked up.

My Husband lost his wallet during the security check at Sky Harbour Airport... and noted it only by arriving at the hotel in New York ..that was a shock.. because during traveling you have more documents in a wallet as at home. So have been so lucky to found your organisation with very very helpfull staff ! We will never forget this support !

I was very happy with airport lostfound. I had left my iPad in Los Angeles and got it back thanks to them. Before that I really thought I wouldn't get it back.

I was kept informed continually about the progress of finding my lost item.

They did what they aimed to do. They said they would find my luggage and they did! 100% satisfied! Great job guys and girls!

As soon as I called, very quickly they were able to find my bag. I didn’t have to deal with the airport, they dealt with them for me. And got the confirmation of my bag and shipped it to me. It went very smoothly. They are quick at responding as well. If I have the same issue I will be contacting them again. 💯

The purpose of this company is to handle the claim and return of your bag without you having to lift a finger. I was emailed frequently on the status of my bag and thankfully had it returned within just 3 days. Please just be aware that you can do the same for free with the airport directly but without as much attention or follow up. That is the purpose of this company- they gave great attention and follow up with my luggage
